Are you open 24 hours?
Yes! Airways Parking is always open 24/7/365, offering airport parking at Midway International Airport in Chicago, Illinois.
How far are you from Chicago Midway International Airport?
Airways Parking is located just 1 block East of Midway Airport, typically a 2-4 minute shuttle drive to the Airport Terminal.
Missing confirmation email
If you do not receive your confirmation page please try the following: 1. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. 2. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received it, send us a message via our Contact Us page requesting your confirmation page.
How to cancel / edit your reservation
If you need to edit your reservation, you can do so online through our reservation modification page — the same link included in your reservation confirmation email. If you wish to cancel your reservation, click on the cancel link at the bottom of your confirmation page, which was emailed to you.
Do you offer indoor and outdoor parking?
Yes, both options are available. However, indoor parking is limited — please reserve your space ahead of time.
How often does your free shuttle run?
Unlike our competitors, our shuttles are FREE and run 24/7. Simply call the number on your ticket issued upon check-in and our drivers will pick you up from designated off-airport parking located outside of Door #5.
How much time should I allow for check-in when arriving to Airways Parking?
Upon arrival to Airways Parking, it will take our attendants generally 5-10 minutes to issue you a ticket and load your luggage onto our shuttle bus.
Is a reservation needed?
Reservations are preferred however not required. You can simply drive into our facility and our staff will be ready to serve you 24/7.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Sorry, but we do not accept: Cash, Checks, or Traveler's Checks.
How are the parking rates calculated?
All parking rates are calculated on the basis of a 24-hour time period, that begins from the time stamped on your ticket at your arrival. Anyone exceeding a 24-hour time period will be charged for the next full day.
Do you have EV charging on site?
Yes! We have Level 3 DCFC (DC Fast Charging) stations available on site. Charging fees are paid directly to the charging company and are not included with your parking rate.
